How it works
How a load moves on portrun.
- TenderRate, lane, container and appointment, sent to the one carrier the broker chooses.
- Negotiate and signCounter, agree, both sign one rate con, with its own verification ID.
- DispatchThe carrier assigns a driver and a truck. The driver sees the run.
- DeliverCheck calls on the way; the POD is filed and fingerprinted on the load.
- Invoice and settleThe invoice is issued against the load, and both companies read the same invoice.
- VerifyAnyone holding a signed paper types its ID on the public verify page. No account needed.
Every paper, sealed
Check any rate con in seconds.
Each executed rate con has its own verification ID. Type it on the public verify page and see whether that paper is the current, executed version. Change a signed rate con and both signatures come off, in full view of both sides. Every uploaded paper, the POD among them, carries the SHA-256 fingerprint of its file.
